Return and Exchange Policy

Out of our commitment to your satisfaction and trust in our products, we offer an exchange or return service within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its complete packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or had their packaging removed cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include a photo clearly showing the issue.

  • The store will cover the shipping costs if the mistake is on our part. Otherwise, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within a maximum of 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
